1. Description of Service

Flight Mood is an offline travel companion for flights, airports, trains, road trips, and other disconnected moments. It may include games, question cards, family activities, and lightweight travel utilities.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Flight Mood independently.
• Children may use the app under parent or guardian supervision.
• You are responsible for how the app is used on your device.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use conversation prompts respectfully and safely.
• Do not use the app to harass, pressure, or mislead other people.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Flight Mood may offer premium features through subscriptions or lifetime purchases. Payments are billed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's policies.

5. No Public Chat

Flight Mood does not provide anonymous chat, matchmaking, or public user-generated content. Conversation features are offline pass-the-phone prompts.

6. Disclaimer

Flight Mood is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that every activity will be appropriate for every travel situation.

7. Privacy

Your use of Flight Mood is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
